Barre Embody

Barre Embody is the Embodiment of what we do in the studio. This class incorporates the movements of Barre, Pilates, Yoga, and stretching which all culminate into the perfect mix of a challenging yet empowering practice. Due to the use of both slow & faced-paced teaching, we encourage starting with a Barre Embody class for anyone starting their Barre journey.
Barre Amplify

45-minute Transform x HIIT PARTY! Intended to increase strength and endurance while elevating your heart rate and revving up your metabolism, you'll target multiple muscle groups at once during dynamic movements.

Welcome to the laboratory! This class focuses on a theme every 6 classes. During that theme, students will participate in moves that are sure to challenge and burn from head to toe at the mat and the barre. With 6 classes for each team, students are able to fully embrace the change from their first class in a theme to the end. Get ready to embrace the shake!
Barre Fusion

This class connects Barre & breath into one practice. This class will always include the use of props to ensure everyone leaves feeling productive and strong after their movement.
Barre Transform

A low-impact, full-body workout that transforms you physically and mentally. This musically driven class combines elements of Pilates and ballet, focusing on small, isometric movements to build strength, improve flexibility and tone the entire body.
Barre Express

Barre Express is the same structure as our Embody class, just a 45-min version to get you out and on your way a little earlier! You will find that this class incorporates the movements of Barre, Pilates, Yoga, and stretching which all culminate into the perfect mix of a challenging yet empowering practice. We encourage starting with a Barre Express or Embody class for anyone starting their Barre journey.
Barre Circuit

Embody Sculpt

a 45-minute, music-driven movement choreographed to the beat. This full body workout blends cardio, bodyweight training, and sculpting. Expect high-rep, low impact movements that build strength, stability and endurance. All of this paired with moments of mindful breathing and stretching helps keep you grounded throughout.
Embody Balance

Pop-ups
Strength and softness come together in this energizing full body flow. It's designed to challenge you, ground you and leave you feeling renewed. Moving through sculpt work with weights, cardio, standing balance sequences and pops of Barreto build strength, control and endurance.
As the class unfolds, the energy shifts into intentional core work, a restorative stretch and ending with a calming shavasana to help you reset.

This beginner-friendly class focuses on the fundamentals of classic mat Pilates where you'll be guided through core principles and essential exercises that create a strong foundation for your practice. Release & Rise Yin Yoga

Join Melinda on the final Sunday of every month for Release & Rise Yin Yoga, a class designed to support your body and mind. This slow and meditative practice invites you to focus on your deep connective tissues, including the fascia, ligaments, and joints. Embody Arc Yoga

True to its name, this class invites you into a thoughtfully structured journey through a physical and energetic arc. Beginning by settling into 15 minutes of Yin Yoga, inviting stillness and deep sensation to target and open areas of the body. From there, transition into a 30-minute, breath-led Vinyasa slow flow while building strength as the class builds toward the peak pose. The final 15-minutes of class is spent in passive Yin poses that slow down the heartrate, allowing your mind, body and spirit to settle, integrate and harmonize.
Build & Burn w/ Sarah
Tuesdays @9:30 am (starting in July)
Led by Sarah, our studio’s personal trainer and weightlifting instructor, this class combines a series of strength-focused exercises performed at stations, allowing you to move through a variety of movements that challenge different muscle groups. Strength training offers numerous benefits including increased muscle tone, improved bone density, enhanced metabolism, better balance and stability, and greater support for everyday movement and long-term health. Build strength, confidence and resilience in this energizing, full-body workout.
