Emily Willson
Em is the dedicated owner and operator of Embody Movement. Applying her extensive certification from Exhale studio in NYC, she is an instructor with a passion for helping clients discover their strength and grace. With her extensive background in music and barre, she provides a unique and uplifting experience in every class, all while being inspired by the rhythm of the music. With over 5 years of experience in leading barre movement, Em draws motivation from her clients, fostering a supportive environment where you can challenge and celebrate your progress. Join her and get ready to embrace your movement journey!

Yin Yoga & Pilates Foundations
Melinda
She has been practicing yoga consistently for three years and in February of last year, she made the decision to pursue her 200-hour yoga certification at the Isla Mujeres with Kootenay Yoga School. Her goal was, and continues to be, two-fold; to deepen her personal practice and then sharing that knowledge with others. Through Yoga practice, Melinda has learned the art of shifting focus away from overthinking and back to the body & heart...a journey she hopes to bring others on during her weekly practices in the studio.

Adrianne
Adrianne grew up on Long Island and was a dancer from a young age. As an adult, she discovered Barre and immediately fell in love with the intense and effective workout. She soon went to training and has since taught over one thousand Pure Barre classes over the span of her 7-year Barre career. Her musicality and gentle adjustments create a fun and supportive energy where clients can feel their individual and collective strength. After moving to COH last year, she is overjoyed to have found Embody Movement- both for the opportunity to teach what she loves and for the community of empowered clients & staff.

Barre Amplify
Adrianna
Adriana first found her love for barre over three years ago and it quickly discovered how transformative the practice could be. After years of showing up on the mat, she chose to deepen her practice by beginning the Barre Eclipse teacher training program and officially joined the Embody Movement family.
With a love for music and deep appreciation for the mind-body connection, she brings a signature style to every class. Her flows blend strength and surrender, rhythmic movement and intentional burn, all designed to help students feel powerful, supported and seen. She believes movement is not just physical but transformational and her goal is for every person in the room to leave feeling more connected to themselves.

Pilates
Paige
Paige discovered Pilates as a teenager and was immediately drawn to the mind-body connection it fosters. Over the years, she's come to value its ability to build functional strength and improve mobility. In 2023, she earned her Pilates mat certification at Beacon Pilates with the goal of helping others feel more connected and confident in their bodies. Paige creates a supportive space where mindful breathing and movement are at the heart of every class.

Embody Energy & Power Flow
Rachel
Rachel has been moving her whole life! She was an athlete and gymnast growing up and has been practicing Yoga consistently (around the world) for over 25 years. She has completed over 550 hours of Yoga teacher training from Y7 & Prenatal Yoga NYC, along with certifications in 200hr, Prenatal & Postnatal, Chakra System, Anatomy & Adjustments, Creative Sequencing, Lunar & Menstrual Cycle and trauma Informed Yoga.
Rachell believes that it is not the amount of training or certifications that she has, but rather the safe space she holds on the mat, the energy she creates in the studio and the values by which she lives her life that makes her practices what they are. All of her classes are designed to heat the body, still the mind and open the heart...all to the beat of very curated playlists!​

Rai
Rai is a Hudson Valley native with over 12 years of yoga experience and 5 years of barre practice. Through her own journey, she discovered a deep love for barre, drawn to its ability to build strength, grace and endurance while complementing the fluidity of yoga. Rai's passion is to create a sacred space where students can embark on a transformative journey-one that deepens the connection between mind, body, and soul through movement breath and intention.

Embody Fusion
Sara
Sara discovered Pilates at 15 years old and quickly fell in love with it. Starting out in the basement of her parent's home, she learned by watching & teaching herself by watching instructors on YouTube for years. Finally, after years of practice, she decided to pursue a formal certification at Balanced Body.
While staying true to the foundations of classical Pilates, she incorporates her love for music and strength training into a fun and challenging class format. Her passion to uplift and empower others through movement and fun is what brought her to this studio.

Sarah
Sarah Creagan is a NASM certified personal trainer with a special focus on women's fitness. Exercise classes made her fall in love with fitness and showed her that strong physical health benefits every aspect of life. As a busy mom, she designs efficient workouts that leave you feeling strong, energized and confident.
